There are many litter organizations in the world. PAL has become a standard acronym for "People Against Litter". It is my hope that we will present a positive message. Rather than being "against" anything-- we will be for "Litter Pick up". Harrison County, Mississippi is the County between Hancock to the West and Jackson to the East and is separated from the other counties by bay and bridge.
